- Are you tracking your ovulation? Begin tracking your menstruation on the calendar. Track the number of days your period lasts. This may help you to pinpoint your most fertile time. If you are pregnant, then the doctor can use the data to determine the date of conception and your due date.
- Are you using vaginal sprays and scented tampons? They disrupt the pH balance in your vagina. Don’t use artificial lubricants, vegetable oils, and glycerin. They can eliminate the chances of getting pregnant because they kill the sperm. Don’t douch as it changes the acidity level in your vagina and gets rid of cervical mucus that is needed to send the sperm. Never do anything that will make your vaginal environment unfriendly to sperm.
